Principles of European Contract Law (PECL): A Comparison with the Turkish Code of Obligations

Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Ayşegül Buğra koordinatörlüğünde Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Modülü kapsamında yürütülen “Harmonisation of the Principles of Insurance Law in Europe” projesinin etkinliği olarak 6 Aralık 2019 tarihinde 4 saatlik bir sertifika programı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu programda Avrupa Sözleşmeler Hukuku İlkelerinin (PECL) hükümleri, Türk Borçlar Kanunu’nun ilgili hükümleri ile karşılaştırılarak öğrencilere aktarılmıştır. Bu bağlamda PECL’in işlev ve uygulanabilirliği üzerinde durulmuş, yapılan karşılaştırmalarla öğrencilerin hukuki düzenlemelere eleştirel olarak bakabilmeleri sağlanmıştır.
