Junior labour law scholars from different universities gathered in the third ‘Junior Labour Law Scholars Conference’ which was held on 21 March 2018 at Koç University Anatolian Civilizations Center (ANAMED). The papers presented in the event covered many topics such as penalty clauses in labour law, mandatory mediation, judicial declaration of one-sided modification by the labour conditions and its results, telecommuting, worker’s health by the establishment of the employment contract, and salary as personal data and its secrecy. The speakers’ papers are published in ‘İş Hukukunda Genç Yaklaşımlar III’ from Oniki Levha Yayınları.
