Understanding the Common Law Approach: Analyzing and Synthesizing Case Laws

Dr. Bahri gave a lecture on Common Law and its approach to case law. The lecture aimed to familiarize lawyers from a Civil Law background with the Common Law approach. The lecture was attended by students and faculty members from Koç University Law School. At the end of the lecture, participants were divided into groups and were asked to analyze a case.
