Junior Labour Law Scholars Conference II (in Turkish)

Junior labor law scholars from different universities are invited for the second time at Koç University College of Law. They focus on many topics of recent Turkish law system such as the restriction of dismissal rights with employment contracts and the principle of equality, employer’s dismissal right and the private life of the employee, target contracts and labor law, fault of parties by the reinstatement of the employee, standard terms of contract and its control, parental leave and postponement of legal strikes. The speakers’ papers were published in a book as one of the conference series of College of Law.
