With the moderation of Prof. Dr. Samim Ünan and Welcome Speech by Dr. Ayşegül Buğra, Prof. Robert Merkin QC (Honorary Queen’s Counsel / Lloyd’s Professor of Commercial at University of Exeter) gave insights as to the recent judgments delivered in commonwealth jurisdictions on reinsurance, property insurance, liability insurance and construction insurance. The event was attended by representatives of insurance companies, academics and legal practitioners.
