Koç University Law Faculty Tax Panel – “New Taxes, New Regulations” (in Turkish)

Koç University Law School organized on 28 February 2020 a panel on new taxes imposed in Türkiye in 2019. The panel was designed to discuss the newly imposed taxes on digital services, luxury residences and accommodation. The new taxes were evaluated under various constitutional rights and principles such as proportionality principle or right to freedom of expression. 115 participants have attended this panel.
